Hi, my name is Lev Siporin, I founded 1, llc in August of 2005 with a simple idea:  Quality above Quantity!  Let me explain; at the time I  started there was and had been a lot of growth in Northern Utah.  Contractors were doing as much volume as they could and always looking forward, leaving the past behind them. This left customers with sub-standard or unfinished work!  The construction industry was about progress instead of product, this was where I saw a problem and a solution!  Growing up in Cache Valley I feel that everyone here is a neighbor, and they are!  So I set out to build a business doing the kind of work I would do for people I planned on seeing everyday, and have held true to that.  In short we are a quality, not quantity based company.  When it comes to taking responsibility for 1, llc's actions I do!  I have made plenty of mistakes over the years and have corrected the same amount.  I have created satisfied customers and will continue to do so.  Quality is not just an emphasis of my company it is my number one priority!  I look forward to working with you, thank you for taking the time to visit, sincerely Lev.

You're going to hear that a lot around here!  The phrase (our company motto) encompasses a lot of different ideas:

• It's literal!  We are licensed to do almost anything; "from the ground down."
• It shows our willingness and our want to try new projects, and take on unique challenges.
• It is also literal in our experience!  We ARE the most versatile landscape/excavation contractor in the area.  Which is why we have done work not only for home-owners directly, but have sub-contracted for some of the premier landscaping and excavation companies in the area.
  

If we don't own the equipment you need to do the job, we'll get it!

We Are 1llc

The term "we" is used lightly, over the years 1llc has employed anywhere from 1 - 8 people at a time.  In 2009 we decided that fewer and more experienced is better!  Growth from that point on will be gradual and done very carefullly so that we can maintain our high standard of quality while expanding our horizons as a business! 

Our company logo is a number one with a shovel and pick leaning inside of it.  The number (and company name) calls to simplicity.  It is this simple; we don't make our name off of shiny new vehicles (obviously) and catchy advertising, we don't sell ourselves by all the new equipment we have and how big we can grow!  We sell ourselves on our product and our people, not much else.  We are about the work, hence the pick and shovel.  We sell ourselves on the work we do and how we treat the customer.  If you're concern is getting it done right and fair let us know.  Contact us
